Welcome to inResonance
At inResonance, I offer BodyTalk, Reiki, and lymphatic support services in Regina for both people and animals. This work is grounded in the understanding that the body has an innate ability to heal when systems are able to communicate and function as a whole.
As a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner, I work with the body’s internal prioritization to address imbalances across physical, emotional, and neurological systems. Each session is individualized, supporting improved regulation, resilience, and overall health.
My practice includes:
- BodyTalk for humans and animals
- Lymphatic and nervous system support
- Reiki and energy-based support
- specialty BodyTalk & Lymphatic packages for surgery and injury support
- End-of-life and transition support for both humans and animals/their caregivers
This is a collaborative and integrative approach to care, designed to support the body in restoring balance and function over time.
Sessions are available in person in Regina and remotely.
